Assembly definition

An RF cable assembly enquiry normally begins with two connector ends, the cable type, finished length, routing constraints, and expected operating environment. Existing samples and drawings can be used when a complete specification is not yet available.

The current material references 0.141, 0.086, and RG316 cable configurations. Additional cable families, connector combinations, bend-radius requirements, phase matching, labeling, and packaging options require confirmation.

Quotation checklist

For a useful quotation, provide connector A, connector B, cable type, finished length, quantity, and any test or marking requirement. Photographs of the mating interfaces are helpful where the original part number is unavailable.

Documentation still required

Cable manufacturer, attenuation, VSWR, insertion loss, phase requirement, pull force, bend radius, temperature range, test report format, MOQ, and lead time remain pending supplier confirmation.
